00:07:59,440 00:08:03,141
Thought maybe a relative
of one of Len's victims,

183
00:08:03,143 00:08:06,178
but it doesn't feel
like a revenge killing.

184
00:08:06,180 00:08:10,248
Too clean,
like an assassination.

185
00:08:10,250 00:08:12,451
Man: Detective.
Excuse me.

186
00:08:12,453 00:08:14,986
You smell that?
Yeah.

187
00:08:14,988 00:08:17,489
Yeah, either the detective needs
to change his diet or, uh --

188
00:08:17,491 00:08:19,891
Sulfur.
Len was killed by a demon.

189
00:08:19,893 00:08:22,327
Yeah, but why would a demon
order a hit on a guy with no soul?

190
00:08:22,329 00:08:23,829
It's like a Cracker Jack
but not a prize.

191
00:08:23,831 00:08:25,831
Hands off, Deputy Doody!

Goldie Schmidtlapp.

195
00:08:35,676 00:08:37,309
Was a normal kid,
snapped this morning --

196
00:08:37,311 00:08:39,144
tried to kill her mom
with a frying pan.

197
00:08:40,247 00:08:42,347
First the ax murders, then Len,
now this?

198
00:08:42,349 00:08:44,549
We're gonna need
to talk to the kid.

00:08:44,551 00:08:47,886

Goldie: Hey, officer. I still
haven't gotten my phone call.

217
00:09:55,689 00:09:58,323
Do you think I could get
a pizza delivered in here?

218
00:09:59,526 00:10:01,827
You're not the deputy.

219
00:10:01,829 00:10:03,829
Nope.

Boss' daughter's been
making a mess in town,

225
00:10:34,495 00:10:36,461
So, Crowley and Amara?

226
00:10:38,565 00:10:41,032
Huh.

227
00:10:47,327 00:10:50,294
Dean:
Rise and shine, buttercup.

228
00:10:50,496 00:10:55,833
Now...about
what you were saying.

229
00:10:55,835 00:10:57,802
What's Crowley doing
with Amara?

230
00:10:57,804 00:11:00,805
Don't know, don't care.

231
00:11:00,807 00:11:02,039
Wouldn't tell you
if I did.

232
00:11:02,041 00:11:04,241
Hmm.

233
00:11:04,243 00:11:07,044
Well, we already know
she's growing up fast.

234
00:11:07,046 00:11:11,816
Yeah, well, demon souls --
they do a body good.

through half my buds

237
00:11:17,457 00:11:20,324
before Crowley put her
on a diet.

238
00:11:20,326 00:11:22,560
She didn't like that.

239
00:11:22,562 00:11:24,228

245
00:11:34,373 00:11:38,142
but you want
actionable intelligence?

246
00:11:38,144 00:11:40,978

247
00:11:40,980 00:11:44,682
I know you'll just kill me
anyway.

248
00:11:44,684 00:11:47,751
Hmm.

249
00:11:47,753 00:11:49,487
Well, it looks like
a stalemate to me.

250
00:11:50,890 00:11:52,756
I guess we go ahead
and kill him right now.

251
00:11:52,758 00:11:56,193
No, no, no.
Dean, wait.

252
00:11:57,730 00:11:59,797
We can exorcise him.

253
00:11:59,799 00:12:01,432
What?

254
00:12:01,434 00:12:02,666
Save his meat suit.

255
00:12:05,104 00:12:06,437
My two cents?

256
00:12:06,439 00:12:09,640
You exorcise me,
let me smoke on out of here,

257
00:12:09,642 00:12:11,809
I give you my word
not to tell Crowley.

260
00:12:15,248 00:12:17,481
He's hardly my favorite guy
at the moment. I --

261
00:12:17,483 00:12:18,983
Wait a second.
Shut up.

262
00:12:24,123 00:12:27,024
Well,
would you look at that.

263
00:12:29,128 00:12:31,462
There's no way his suit
survived that wound.

264
00:12:31,464 00:12:33,097
Mnh-mnh.

265
00:12:34,200 00:12:36,000
All right.

266
00:12:37,537 00:12:39,036
Crap.

267
00:12:40,306 00:12:43,607
[ Crackling ]
Aah!

268
00:12:54,353 00:12:55,686
[ Door opens ]

269
00:12:55,688 00:12:56,854
Hey.
Hey.

270
00:12:56,856 00:12:58,522
Where'd you
ditch the body?

271
00:12:58,524 00:13:00,624
School playground.
Come on.

272
00:13:00,626 00:13:03,127
Hospital parking lot.
What do you got?

273
00:13:03,129 00:13:06,363
Well, uh, good news.
I was able to hack his phone.

274
00:13:06,365 00:13:08,299
Got the coordinates
of his call history.

275
00:13:08,301 00:13:10,935
I guess Crowley must've had him
tailing Amara or something,

276
00:13:10,937 00:13:12,169
'cause he was at
all three spots.

277
00:13:12,171 00:13:13,437
He was at
the Lizzie Borden house,

278
00:13:13,439 00:13:15,539
where Len
got his soul taken,

279
00:13:15,541 00:13:18,309
he was at the bar where Sydney got
her soul taken, and he was here,

280
00:13:18,311 00:13:20,702
where Goldie said Amara
approached her.

281
00:13:20,703 00:13:23,022
Hmm.
So, somewhere in there.

282
00:13:23,046 00:13:24,549
Yeah, maybe.
But what I don't get is,

283
00:13:24,550 00:13:28,085
why would Crowley have Amara
on earth in the first place?

284
00:13:28,087 00:13:31,655
Wouldn't it be smarter
to -- to keep her in Hell?

285
00:13:31,657 00:13:33,257
Yeah, but then he'd have
to spend more time there,

286
00:13:33,259 00:13:34,325
and he hates that place.

287
00:13:34,327 00:13:37,528
Oh, right.
[ Chuckles ]

288
00:13:37,530 00:13:39,897
I keep forgetting about you
and Crowley's summer of love.

289
00:13:42,301 00:13:44,001
I'm not seeing much inside this
radius that he'd like better.

290
00:13:44,003 00:13:46,303
I mean, you got farms, you got swamps.
Yeah.

291
00:13:46,305 00:13:48,772
This P.O.I., what's that?
Uh...

292
00:13:48,774 00:13:49,907
Point of interest.

293
00:13:49,909 00:13:51,508
I know what it --
what is it?

294
00:13:51,510 00:13:54,178
Oh. Let's find out.
Yeah.

What are you looking at?

302
00:14:26,112 00:14:29,446
Still learning all you can
about the world?

303
00:14:29,448 00:14:31,749

of domestic animals

305
00:14:34,620 00:14:36,120

308
00:14:39,959 00:14:43,260
Ah.

309
00:14:46,932 00:14:51,035
Look, I know to you
my rules seem...

310
00:14:51,037 00:14:52,836
Unfair, arbitrary,

311
00:14:52,838 00:14:54,738
as though I'm doing all this
just to hurt you.

312
00:14:54,740 00:14:57,174
I don't care
why you do anything.

313
00:14:58,978 00:15:01,745
I just want you to know
that I'm not a monster.

314
00:15:05,351 00:15:07,151
Jervis?

315
00:15:11,090 00:15:14,625
I can't have you
eating whatever, whenever,

316
00:15:14,627 00:15:16,293
however much you want.

317
00:15:17,897 00:15:20,564
I thought you might appreciate
a little snack.

318
00:15:23,336 00:15:25,803
I'm not hungry.

[ Grunting ]

320
00:15:41,454 00:15:43,487
I'll leave you
to your memes.

321
00:15:48,761 00:15:51,028
[ Sighs ]

322
00:15:54,567 00:16:00,738
I have no idea
what I'm doing here --

323
00:16:00,740 00:16:02,673
not a bleeding clue.

324
00:16:02,675 00:16:04,908
Moment to moment,
what makes you happy?

325
00:16:04,910 00:16:06,510
What will set you off?

326
00:16:06,512 00:16:09,646
How do I even begin
to forge a connection with you?

327
00:16:09,648 00:16:13,250
But what I do know is
you're growing so fast,

328
00:16:13,252 00:16:14,818
and it terrifies me.

329
00:16:14,820 00:16:17,554
I bet.

330
00:16:19,091 00:16:21,425
You only want me
for the power I'll wield,

331
00:16:21,427 00:16:26,029
and you know, soon enough,
I won't need you anymore.

332
00:16:26,031 00:16:29,133
Sam: So, we're really
gonna do this...

333
00:16:29,135 00:16:31,402
Now?
Hell, yeah.

334
00:16:31,404 00:16:33,370
I've been looking for a chance
to get back at Crowley

335
00:16:33,372 00:16:35,139
ever since that crap he pulled
in Cedar Rapids,

336
00:16:35,141 00:16:36,573
especially now that I know
he tricked me

337
00:16:36,575 00:16:37,908
and made off
with the Darkness.

338
00:16:37,910 00:16:39,843
No,
that's not what I meant.

339
00:16:39,845 00:16:42,846
We're going in
to kill Amara.

340
00:16:42,848 00:16:44,114
Are you ready for that?

341
00:16:44,116 00:16:47,117
Why wouldn't I be?

342
00:16:47,119 00:16:49,520
Because we don't know
the first thing about her, Dean.

343
00:16:49,522 00:16:50,754
We don't know her powers.

344
00:16:50,756 00:16:52,556
We don't know
how to take her down.

345
00:16:52,558 00:16:53,316
Hell, you know what?

346
00:16:53,340 00:16:54,492
We don't even know
if she can be killed.

347
00:16:54,493 00:16:55,793
I know.

348
00:16:55,795 00:16:57,494
But she's too big of a threat
to wait.

349
00:16:57,496 00:16:58,796
I say we go in there

350
00:16:58,798 00:17:01,265
and we hit her
with everything we got.

351
00:17:02,968 00:17:04,368
[ Sighs ]

352
00:17:10,342 00:17:11,608
Crowley:
You have tremendous power,

353
00:17:11,610 00:17:14,478
and soon
you'll have even more.

354
00:17:14,480 00:17:17,281
But I have something
you lack...

355
00:17:19,084 00:17:23,220
Wisdom, experience.

356
00:17:23,222 00:17:28,225
I helped put Lucifer back
in his cage.

357
00:17:28,227 00:17:29,993
I rose
through the ranks of Hell,

358
00:17:29,995 00:17:33,964
defeated all comers,
to claim the throne.

359
00:17:33,966 00:17:39,203
And, a few minor setbacks aside,
I'm still here.

360
00:17:39,205 00:17:43,240
I don't know how to impart
what I've learned to you,

361
00:17:43,242 00:17:45,576
how to teach you.

362
00:17:45,578 00:17:47,144
And at the rate
that you're growing,

363
00:17:47,146 00:17:49,079
I'll probably never get
the chance to figure it out.

364
00:17:49,081 00:17:51,949
[ Sighs ]

365
00:17:51,951 00:17:54,818
Perhaps you don't need
my tutelage.

366
00:17:54,820 00:18:00,958
But I believe,
deep down in my gut,

367
00:18:00,960 00:18:02,860
I have something
to offer you

368
00:18:02,862 00:18:07,331
if you'd just give me
the chance.

369
00:18:15,574 00:18:17,908
What are you asking for?

370
00:18:17,910 00:18:20,611
Time.

371
00:18:20,613 00:18:22,112
Slow down.

372
00:18:22,114 00:18:28,385
Play by my rules
for just a little bit longer.

373
00:18:28,387 00:18:31,188
You give me
your patience,

374
00:18:31,190 00:18:33,290
I'll give you
my protection...

375
00:18:36,595 00:18:39,229
...until you decide
you don't need it anymore.

376
00:18:46,405 00:18:47,638
Okay.

377
00:18:47,640 00:18:51,041
[ Car alarm wailing
in distance ]

378
00:18:51,043 00:18:54,745
Metatron: Oh, this is good.

379
00:18:54,957 00:18:58,458
A night-leader
if ever I saw one.

380
00:19:00,129 00:19:04,531
And this is gonna fetch me $500,
minimum.

381
00:19:09,538 00:19:16,476
I, uh -- I know that
$500 sounds like plenty,

382
00:19:16,478 00:19:20,046
but with my overhead...

383
00:19:21,316 00:19:23,016
[ Sighs ]

384
00:19:23,018 00:19:25,452
...daddy's got to eat.

385
00:19:25,454 00:19:26,653
[ Coughs ]

386
00:19:26,655 00:19:29,990
Oh, come on!

387
00:19:29,992 00:19:33,026
[ Choking ] Help.
Please.

388
00:19:33,028 00:19:35,662
[ Scoffs ]

389
00:19:35,664 00:19:39,399
I'm sorry, buddy.
Y-you live, there's no story.

390
00:19:39,802 00:19:41,134
[ Choking ]

391
00:19:41,136 00:19:42,769
[ Groans ]

392
00:19:42,771 00:19:47,107
You know,
there was a time

393
00:19:47,109 00:19:49,176
I could have brought you
back from the brink

394
00:19:49,178 00:19:51,178
with a snap
of my fingers...

395
00:19:52,748 00:19:55,582
Not that I would have.

396
00:20:00,055 00:20:02,389
But I'm not that guy
anymore.

397
00:20:04,393 00:20:07,928
I can't save you.

398
00:20:07,930 00:20:10,263
I can.

399
00:20:20,785 00:20:22,197
How did you find me?

400
00:20:22,297 00:20:24,864
Same way you found him.

401
00:20:24,866 00:20:26,966
Scoured
the police scanners,

402
00:20:26,968 00:20:28,968
got ahead
of the authorities.

403
00:20:28,970 00:20:30,770
[ Whooshing ]

404
00:20:34,176 00:20:38,011
[ Groaning ]

405
00:20:38,013 00:20:40,013
[ Breathing heavily ]

406
00:20:40,015 00:20:41,815
What was that?

407
00:20:45,086 00:20:46,452
What?

408
00:20:46,454 00:20:49,823
Look, a real-life angel
caught on tape?

409
00:20:49,825 00:20:52,826
That is way better
than some random homicide.

410
00:20:52,828 00:20:54,260
Hey!

411
00:20:54,262 00:20:55,995
Do you have any idea

412
00:20:55,997 00:20:59,666
how much stuff I had to steal
and then pawn

413
00:20:59,668 00:21:00,900
to pay for that?!

414
00:21:00,902 00:21:03,403
[ Siren chirps ]

415
00:21:08,076 00:21:11,044
[ Gate rattles ]

416
00:21:12,814 00:21:14,547
No guards
at the perimeter?

417
00:21:31,867 00:21:36,402
Sam: Looks like there are
no guards at the door, either.

418
00:21:36,404 00:21:38,037
You think this is
the right place still?

419
00:21:38,039 00:21:41,608
Well...warding sigils.

420
00:21:41,610 00:21:44,611
And for the humans --
look at this.

421
00:21:44,613 00:21:46,746
A padlock you'd find
on a middle-school locker.

422
00:21:46,748 00:21:48,681
Cocky son of a bitch.

423
00:21:48,683 00:21:50,617
Dean,
external security may be lax,

424
00:21:50,619 00:21:52,018
but we still don't know
how many demons

425
00:21:52,020 00:21:53,019
we're gonna face inside.

426
00:21:53,021 00:21:55,788
Well, let's find out.

427
00:21:58,994 00:22:00,894
[ Lock disengages ]

428
00:22:00,896 00:22:02,962
[ Door creaks ]

429
00:22:10,305 00:22:12,472
Turn to the graph
at the bottom of 27,

430
00:22:12,474 00:22:14,774
and you'll see
a nearly 40% decrease

431
00:22:14,776 00:22:16,943
in soul collections
in the Pacific Northwest

432
00:22:16,945 00:22:18,811
over the past three years.

433
00:22:18,813 00:22:22,582
An unexpected consequence
of legalized marijuana?

434
00:22:22,584 00:22:25,151
Some analysts think so.

435
00:22:25,153 00:22:27,921
Others are not quite so sure.

436
00:22:30,358 00:22:31,624
Aah!

437
00:22:31,626 00:22:33,192
Oh!

438
00:22:36,464 00:22:39,966
Okay, "Marv"...

439
00:22:39,968 00:22:42,001
You're picking pockets,

440
00:22:42,003 00:22:44,003
leaving a man to die.

441
00:22:44,005 00:22:46,406
I-I -- I don't know
what I expected,

442
00:22:46,408 00:22:48,007
but this
is disappointing.

443
00:22:48,009 00:22:50,610
One to talk.

444
00:22:50,612 00:22:52,712
You chose
the life of a wage slave,

445
00:22:52,714 00:22:58,418
slinging slurpees
for, what, a month?

446
00:22:58,420 00:23:01,487
I am in it to win it.

447
00:23:01,489 00:23:05,825
I was at zero
when you took my Grace,

448
00:23:05,827 00:23:09,929
hiding from angels,
not a cent to my name.

449
00:23:09,931 00:23:11,664
But I found my calling,

450
00:23:11,666 00:23:15,368
and I pulled myself up
by my bootstraps

451
00:23:15,370 00:23:17,470
and started a business.

452
00:23:17,472 00:23:20,506
And, you know,
my story has only just begun.

453
00:23:20,508 00:23:22,642
What story is that?

454
00:23:22,644 00:23:25,712
You're preying like a vulture
on human tragedy.

455
00:23:25,714 00:23:27,981
Oh! [ Chuckles ]

456
00:23:27,983 00:23:30,016
Castiel!

457
00:23:30,018 00:23:34,587
[ Chuckles ]
What century are you in?

458
00:23:34,589 00:23:36,389
Religion is dead!

459
00:23:36,391 00:23:39,559
The novel? Deader.

460
00:23:39,561 00:23:40,893
You think I'm ashamed

461
00:23:40,895 00:23:44,497
for dealing in
fleeting visual sensation,

462
00:23:44,499 00:23:50,436
in gift-length glimpses of
horror, waste, and degradation?!

463
00:23:50,438 00:23:52,772
No!

464
00:23:52,774 00:23:55,141
I just caught up
with the times.

465
00:23:55,143 00:24:00,780
Reality is the great literature
of our era,

466
00:24:00,782 00:24:02,915
and I am out there,
on the streets,

467
00:24:02,917 00:24:06,586
every single night,
capturing it!

468
00:24:06,588 00:24:09,022
I am reality's author.

469
00:24:09,024 00:24:12,492
Oh, save your story.
It is not what I came for.

470
00:24:16,131 00:24:18,865
Oh.

471
00:24:18,867 00:24:23,536
So...
Straight to business.

472
00:24:23,538 00:24:27,106
You want
the Demon Tablet?

473
00:24:28,843 00:24:33,212
Well,
you're not gonna get it.

474
00:24:33,214 00:24:35,381
I have hidden it
very carefully

475
00:24:35,383 00:24:37,884
in a place
where you and your friends --

476
00:24:37,886 00:24:41,254
You hid it
under your mattress.

477
00:24:41,256 00:24:43,856
The TV station
gave me your address,

478
00:24:43,858 00:24:46,259
and I-I checked
the place out.

479
00:24:46,261 00:24:47,994
You realize
you have bedbugs?

480
00:24:47,996 00:24:52,932
You broke into
my apartment?

481
00:24:52,934 00:24:56,736
What do you know
about the Darkness?

482
00:25:00,141 00:25:01,607
The band?

483
00:25:02,877 00:25:04,610
Okay.

484
00:25:04,612 00:25:08,881
Uh...Sometimes during
late-night writing sessions,

485
00:25:08,883 00:25:11,651
when God was
deep in his cups,

486
00:25:11,653 00:25:15,621
he may have let slip
a few choice words.

487
00:25:17,559 00:25:19,258
But...

488
00:25:20,829 00:25:23,162
I don't have
to tell you anything.

489
00:25:25,767 00:25:28,367
Are you forgetting?

490
00:25:28,369 00:25:29,102
[ Gasps ]

491
00:25:29,104 00:25:30,870
[ Grunts ]

492
00:25:30,872 00:25:34,507
You are human now, and I could
crush you like a bug.

493
00:25:34,509 00:25:38,544
Could, but you won't.

494
00:25:40,548 00:25:43,483
You think
I didn't notice?

495
00:25:43,485 00:25:47,320
You are broken, Castiel.

496
00:25:47,322 00:25:51,624
You were always
a bit of a Nancy, but this?

497
00:25:51,626 00:25:53,326
[ Sighs ]

498
00:25:53,328 00:25:56,462
You have gone full wuss.

499
00:25:58,032 00:26:00,700
I don't know what it was
that happened,

500
00:26:00,702 00:26:06,906
but whatever it was,
you are scarred...deep,

501
00:26:06,908 00:26:12,245
paralyzed by trauma,
by fear.

502
00:26:12,247 00:26:14,614
[ Laughs ]
I mean, look at you.

503
00:26:14,616 00:26:16,015
You can't even hit me!

504
00:26:18,386 00:26:19,585
Oh!

505
00:26:23,491 00:26:25,258
It's not fear.

506
00:26:25,260 00:26:26,492
Oh!

507
00:26:27,529 00:26:29,395
Aah!

508
00:26:32,767 00:26:34,667
Crowley:
Hey, idiot, andale --

509
00:26:34,669 00:26:37,803
Spanish for
"get your ass over here."

510
00:26:39,707 00:26:41,496
You think I've been paying
your astronomical bar tabs...

511
00:26:41,520 00:26:43,210
Sir?

512
00:26:43,211 00:26:44,877
...for the past five weeks

513
00:26:44,879 00:26:46,812
so you can sleep past noon
with last night's skank?

514
00:26:46,814 00:26:48,514
Well, Dean?

515
00:26:50,518 00:26:53,653
[ Grunting, punches landing ]

516
00:26:53,655 00:26:55,521
Sam?
[ Handcuffs clicking ]

517
00:26:55,523 00:26:57,590
[ Man speaking
indistinctly ]

518
00:26:57,592 00:27:00,760
You know what? Go.

519
00:27:00,762 00:27:02,562
Take her out.

520
00:27:02,564 00:27:04,130
I got them.

521
00:27:05,533 00:27:08,834

522
00:27:20,515 00:27:22,448
I knew you'd come.

523
00:27:31,993 00:27:33,993
I'm sorry, Amara.

524
00:27:33,995 00:27:36,963
For what?

525
00:27:39,100 00:27:40,399
What I have to do.

526
00:27:43,972 00:27:46,572
Hello, Dean.

527
00:27:46,574 00:27:48,574
[ Whooshing ]

528
00:27:49,677 00:27:51,811
My girl's growing up.

529
00:27:53,481 00:27:54,780
Should have known
it wouldn't be long

530
00:27:54,782 00:27:58,184
before the boys came
sniffing around.

531
00:27:58,186 00:27:59,986
[ Dean grunts ]

532
00:28:00,521 00:28:02,255
[ Whooshes ]
Aah!

533
00:28:02,257 00:28:04,890
[ Grunts ]

534
00:28:04,892 00:28:07,293
What do you want with her,
Crowley?

535
00:28:09,063 00:28:13,366
What, you think you can use her,
control her?

536
00:28:13,368 00:28:14,533
You're an idiot.

537
00:28:14,535 00:28:16,736
I'm not trying
to control her.

538
00:28:16,738 00:28:19,038
[ Knife clatters ]

539
00:28:19,040 00:28:21,374
I'm helping her

540
00:28:21,376 00:28:25,945
to realize
her fullest potential.

541
00:28:29,917 00:28:32,385
Do you know
how disturbing it was

542
00:28:32,387 00:28:35,521
to realize that I couldn't
bring myself to kill you?

543
00:28:35,523 00:28:38,858
I've had tons of chances
over the years,

544
00:28:38,860 00:28:41,360
some you don't even know about,
but, still...

545
00:28:41,362 00:28:43,596
